The PWC School Board is considering increasing the teacher workday from 7 hours to 7.5 hours, with no corresponding salary adjustment! And without meaningful collaboration with teachers! Join us for a rally immediately before this week’s School Board meeting at 6pm on Wednesday, December 3rd at the Kelly Leadership Center in Manassas. The Rally, entitled "TABLE IT UNTIL WE'RE ALL AT THE TABLE" is organized by the Prince William Education Association, a VEA Local Union. They depend on the community to support them, so let's go and send the message that the School Board needs to involve teachers in these decisions! Some of us will stay after the rally and attend the School Board Meeting, which starts at 7pm, so feel free to join us for that as well!
