We want to invite everyone out to an end of summer community cookout & fundraiser hosted by @411collective on Saturday August 23rd from 2-8pm at “The Bridgespot” aka Garfield Park in DC. We will be tabling to support immigrant communities and all those impacted by ICE, and to draw the connections between the deportation machine terrorizing our neighbors here and the US-backed Israeli genocide of Palestinians abroad. Please come out and build with our community, learn from other local orgs putting in work for the people, and enjoy some great food, drinks, live music & art. @411collective will be accepting donations but they are not required to attend! 75% of all donations will be passed on to local mutual aid groups and organizations working on behalf of immigrant communities.
