Our Story
Hello and welcome to find a protest, a central hub for protests and solidarity events taking place all over the world, bringing global communities together to unite as one and drive meaningful change where it’s needed the most.
Set up by passionate activist Hannah Lynn, (software engineer by day, social justice activist by night!), in 2024 in response to friends and family asking her just where she comes across all the different protests she attends, find a protest has been gathering pace ever since, making it easier than ever before to stand up for what you believe in, no matter where you live.
One cause particularly close to the team’s heart is the Free Palestine movement and find a protest’s growing team of over 30 is proud to have the support of Tech for Palestine (T4P), a coalition of thousands all working to strive for Palestinian liberation.
We’ve had incredible support through T4P’s Incubator— not a typical incubator, but a community rooted in solidarity. Through mentorship, regular check-ins, shared resources, and hands-on support, it’s helped us shape our vision, stay grounded, and grow find a protest as a tool for collective action.

Our focus is on protests and solidarity events for social justice, climate action, anti-war movements, human rights, and other intersectional causes around the world — including defending democracy, anti-fascism, Indigenous rights, migrant justice, and racial equity. We aim to keep people well informed about what’s going on, why it’s happening — and what they can do to help. So, whether you’re looking to get involved with boots on the ground, showing up in your local community to help make the world a fairer place, or whether you simply want to stay informed on what’s going on, this is the place for you.
