This a local Indivisible event! We meet up every Friday from 3:00-5:00 pm in downtown Albany at the intersection of 4th and Ellsworth. On January 31st 2026, a peaceful, union led protest took place in Portland. During the march, many protesters including children and dogs were met with flash bang grenades and tear gas. This is what intimidation looks like. The people of Portland will not be intimidated and will continue to exercise their right to protest. We salute the people of Portland and resisters throughout the nation. We support extending the ban on tear gas from warfare to civilian crowd control. "Tear gas has been banned in warfare.
