Alexandria has made it clear: we want divestment from genocide NOW! Alexandrians have been demanding our city end its complicity in occupation, apartheid, and genocide for two years. 🏛️City Council need to see that there is a strong local demand for divestment. That it matters to the people of Alexandria that our tax dollars not be invested in apartheid, ecocide, war crimes and genocide. FIRST, we will tell council how we feel at public comment.
