Come to protest the cuts to Obamacare, Medicaid, and SNAP, the imposition of illegal and costly tariffs, and the unleashing of ICE and the Border Patrol on our immigrant communities. This holiday season we join together to celebrate family, friends, neighbors, and community. But Trump the GRINCH and his Republican supporters are spoiling the holidays by: • Cutting Obamacare: Cancelling ACA subsidies so that 20 million Americans may lose their health insurance. • Cutting Medicaid: Driving people off Medicaid with work requirements and cutting aid to the states. • Cutting SNAP food aid: Though funding was restored with the end of the shutdown, the Big Ugly Bill will drive many people off SNAP by cutting aid to states and imposing onerous work-reporting requirements. • Imposing Tariffs: Raising prices for everything, including for holiday meals and children’s toys, through his illegal and costly tariffs. • Unleashing ICE and the Border Patrol: Jailing and deporting many of our immigrant neighbors and breaking up their families, without any due process.
