Key Aspects: Major changes to Medicaid include new work requirements, tighter eligibility checks, and new copays New verification rules for the ACA marketplace enrollees, removing repayment caps for subsidies Updates to Medicare drug price negotiation rules National Impacts: More than 5 million people could lose health insurance About 700K people could lose Medicaid coverage About 4.2 million people could become uninsured as it becomes unaffordable We will not stand by and allow this to continue.
