We the People

Indivisible NWA

This peaceful and nonviolent action is hosted by Indivisible NWA. Be sure to sign up for Mobilize texts. Be weather-aware. WE THE PEOPLE Many billionaires and large institutions have bent the knee to succumb to the demands of the current administration as it attempts to forcefully erode our constitutional rights. Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, Sam Altman, Tim Cook, Rupert Murdoch, and the like have chosen to take the side of authoritarianism and fascism to negate and erase the many gains that the United States has made in becoming a multi-racial, multi-linguistic, and ethnic patchwork nation, welcoming all with open arms to benefit from the gifts that this democratic republic has to offer to the world. Institutions of higher learning and well-known companies like Walmart, Target, Amazon, and others, at the demand of this administration, have rescinded their DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policies and programs that uplift individuals from a variety of backgrounds to force this nation to become a cultural and ethnic monolith.  We have come too far to turn back now! Come out and show our diversity. Authoritarianism, fascism, and tyranny cannot rule us. Billionaires...you can’t have our country! A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
