📢 PROTEST — END MEDIA SILENCE NOW - SUPPORT THE HUNGER STRIKERS This Saturday, we’re gathering outside the BBC to demand an end to media silence. Eight Palestine political prisoners in UK prisons are currently on hunger strike, some nearing 40 days. All are under 30 years old and have been illegally detained under terrorism legislation. Their health — and their lives — are at severe risk. Yet there has been no national media coverage and no government response. We refuse to stay silent. We’re also standing here to demand accountability by the BBC for their complicity in the ongoing Gaza genocide. Since the start of the so-called "ceasefire", there has been at least 738 separate violations, 288 bombings and shellings, and over 1400 Palestinians killed or injured — but these atrocities have not been covered by the BBC.
