The Block the Bombs Act would withhold the US transfer of offensive weapons to Israel and demand Israel's compliance with US and international law, thus pressuring Israel to stop the bombing and starvation of Palestinians. Despite hundreds of calls and letters to Rep. Elfreth, who AIPAC spent over $5 million to get elected in 2024, from constituents demanding she co-sponsor the Block the Bombs Act, she continues to drag her feet on this clear moral issue.
