Indivisible
No More Ice
This a local Indivisible event!
Join us for a peaceful visibility action as we raise our voices for accountability and democracy. We’ll be holding large foam board that spells out Justice 4 Keith Porter, and Justice 4 Luis Nunez on the North 336 bridge to spark conversation and let the community know people are paying attention and they are not alone. We’re coming together not just for visibility, but to protest against the ongoing pattern of overreach, violent tactics, and lack of accountability by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, including the recent deaths tied to ICE detention and operations that have shaken communities nationwide.
We will also be collecting non-perishable food items to benefit the local food bank Abundant Harvest.
This is a simple but powerful action. Come as you are, bring your passion, your presence, and a sign if you’d like. We will have a safe, designated area for standing on the bridge, and you can find nearby parking at this address: 1403 N Loop 336, Conroe
A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
