Gaza and its population are fast disappearing as the world looks on. 💔 This day of mindfulnessis to raise money for those that can still benefit from the generosity of others.The day will be silent, with a mixture of guided mindfulness practices, a talk and practica lsuggestions around moving from the Busyness of Doing to the Ease of Being. There will also be some poems from Gaza and loving kindness and compassion practices to share good willwith those that are in less fortunate circumstances than we are.❤️ Cost: The day is offered with generosity from Catherine, however donations to support the charity Children Not Numbers are invited and will close the loop of generosity and the gratitude for what you receive.
