NO KINGS Indivisible Corning Elmira
No Kings
What began in 2025 as a single day of defiance has become a sustained national resistance to tyranny, spreading from small towns to city centers and across every community determined to defend democracy. Our peaceful movement is bigger than ever.
When our families are under attack and costs are pushing people to the brink, silence is not an option. We will defend ourselves and our communities against this administration’s unjust and cruel acts of violence.
This country does not belong to kings, dictators, or tyrants. It belongs to We the People — the people who care, who show up, and who fight for dignity, a life we can afford, and real opportunity. No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings.
On March 28th, rise up, take to the streets, and say it loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings. We’re not watching history happen—we’re making it. Join us!
Indivisible Corning Elmira affirms the fundamental right to free speech. That right can only exist if it applies equally to those who disagree with our values. Counter-protesters are a reality everywhere; Corning and Elmira are no exception.
A core principle of all Indivisible Corning Elmira events is a firm commitment to nonviolent action and the avoidance of civil disobedience. We expect all participants to refrain from engaging with counter-protesters, who often seek attention and confrontation. Any interaction may escalate tensions and increase disruption.
Trained Safety Marshals are present at all of our events and are equipped with de-escalation skills. We ask that participants allow Safety Marshals to be the only individuals who intervene with anyone behaving disruptively.
For the safety of all involved, weapons of any kind—including those that are legally permitted—must not be brought to Indivisible Corning Elmira events.
We have the power and are claiming it together. No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings.
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
