Join Chispa TX at Corpus Christi City Hall on Tuesday, February 24th where the Corpus Christi City Council is slated to vote on the disastrous Hillcrest / Inner Harbor Desalination Plant. This vote is to move forward with the plant - that we have already collectively rejected - and to allow a contract to begin with Corpus Christi Desal Partners.
