This a local Indivisible event! We are Indivisible Lake Martin Dadeville and Surrounding Area. Saturday, December 13 at 12noon 125 N Broadnax Street, Dadeville AL This Protect the Promise of America Rally is to tell our community this is not normal and you are not alone. We are your neighbors and like our t-shirts say, “We 🖤 America” and “We Protest For Free” We will be standing in front of the Tallapoosa County Courthouse rallying to protect all of the rights promised by the idea of this beautiful nation, The United States of America. Bring a sign or we have extras to choose from. Wear a patriotic costume, silly costume, or come as you are even in Saturday pajamas. Bring your whole family. We now have a Children’s Arts and Crafts Safe Space set up at the rally. We are there rain or shine and have some canopies. Our local police department is always notified of our rallies and we cooperate to assure peaceful nonviolent events. A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
