SHOW OUT AND SPEAK OUT Demand the Board Vote NO On Ellenwood Data Center!

TOMORROW DeKalb County Commissioners are voting on a land use permit that would greenlight development of a 1 million square ft toxic data center into Ellenwood — despite mass public opposition!
🗣️ We need everyone at tomorrow’s meeting to give PUBLIC COMMENT and demand commissioners VOTE NO on the Ellenwood data center and for data centers anywhere in DeKalb.
The expansion of this massive toxic data center benefits only the billionaires — not the health and wellbeing of working class people in South DeKalb.
If the community fights back, we can stop the Big Tech takeover of our communities! Through community organizing, the people of Phoenix, Arizona, defeated the large scale Microsoft data center. We can too!
The community pressure is already working. Through sustained protesting and organizing, the community forced the commissioners to extend the data center moratorium to June 23, 2026.
The message from residents is unmistakable: South DeKalb does not want data centers! Our communities refuse to be sacrificed for tech giants like IBM, Amazon, Microsoft, and Apple.
