On December 16, the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners votes on a critical piece of legislation that would open the floodgates for large-scale data centers across DeKalb without public comment or meaningful protections for surrounding Black communities. Community organizing halted the legislation’s passage on November 20 — these projects are not inevitable. When the people are organized, we can stop them!
