De-ICE Citizens Bank - Communities, Not Cages (Multiple Locations) Delmar

Bethlehem NYIndivisible

Citizens Bank continues to be a major lender - the ONLY major lender - to the country's two largest private prison companies, CoreCivic and the GEO Group, running dozens of ICE immigration detention centers across the country. Through loans, bond underwriting and credit lines, the Citizens Bank has played a key role in helping CoreCivic and The GEO Group access more than $2.5 Billion in financing over the past dozen years, some of it approved this year. The Greater Capital Region Coalition has organized protests at Citizens Branch branches in Albany County, Rensselaer County, and Schenectady County. Join Bethlehem NY Indivisible on the sidewalks near the Citizens Bank in Delaware Plaza, 164 Delaware Ave, Delmar. Bring your No ICE signs (avoid obscenities)! Bring your friends!
