May Day Strong- Dothan, Al

Indivisible

On May 1, 2026, workers, students, and families rally, march, and take action across the country to demand a nation that puts workers over billionaires, with many refusing business as usual through No School. No Work. No Shopping. This a local Indivisible event! We will be peacefully protesting outside the Houston County Courthouse against the billionaires. We are joining this coordinated day of action where we are demanding: -Tax the rich so our families, not their fortunes, come first. -ICE Out. No private army serving authoritarian power. -Expand democracy, not corporate power. Defend free and fair elections not a rigged disaster. A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
