This May Day, Durham is mobilizing because our fight for public education, working people, democracy, and justice are interconnected. A week before May Day, we're gathering as a community for an all-ages art build! Poster and banner making for May Day will be going on throughout the event and families and neighbors will be connecting around what we’re showing up to fight for on May Day. We will have a short program at 7pm, including a kids story time, and there will be popsicles for kids of all ages - bring a picnic dinner or snacks if you’d like! All are welcome!
