Protect Your Vote! Emergency Rally for Mail-In Ballot Security

Indivisible

This a local Indivisible event! 📅 March 17 📍 Chicago Regional Processing & Distribution Center (RPDC) Hosted by The People’s Post Alliance Indivisible Millions of Americans rely on the United States Mail to deliver their ballots safely and securely. The integrity of our elections depends on the public’s confidence that every mail-in ballot is protected from the moment it enters the system until it reaches its destination. Recent national reporting has raised serious questions about accountability when mail goes missing. At the same time, workers and observers have expressed concerns about security practices at the Chicago RPDC, where contractor vehicles have been seen entering and leaving postal property with little visible oversight. With Election Day approaching, the public deserves confidence that mail-in ballots are being handled with the highest level of care and security. That is why The People’s Post Alliance Indivisible is hosting an Emergency Rally for Mail-In Ballot Security on March 17. This gathering is an Indivisible event, and as such it will be a peaceful, respectful, and lawful demonstration. Our goal is to bring community members, postal workers, and advocates together to raise awareness about mail security and to call for stronger protections for election mail. Participants are encouraged to attend in a spirit of civic responsibility, solidarity, and respect as we stand together to defend the integrity of the mail and the right of every American to have their vote delivered safely. Your vote matters. Your ballot matters. Protect the Mail. Protect the Vote. A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
