Powered by People Organizing Team | No Kings Rally (Frisco) Powered by People will be organizing at the No Kings Rally in Frisco to support civic engagement, recruit volunteers, and connect with voters using REACH. This is a high-energy moment. When people gather to stand up and speak out, we meet them where they are and help turn that energy into sustained organizing power. We will be canvassing throughout the rally crowd, talking to attendees, conducting voter registration checks, and building long-term engagement. Our Focus: ✅ REACH outreach to stay connected and turn out voters ✅ Voter registration checks ✅ Volunteer recruitment ✅ Identifying future hosts and campus and community leaders Whether you are brand new or have been organizing for years, there is a role for you. Arrival Instructions Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the rally begins for a brief team huddle, role assignments, and strategy overview. We will not be tabling or breaking down. This is a distributed canvassing effort throughout the event. Volunteer Roles and Requirements To register new voters, you must be a Certified Volunteer Deputy Registrar (VDR) in Collin County. Bonus if certified in surrounding counties. Please make sure your certification is current. Not a VDR? You are absolutely welcome. Non VDR volunteers can: Conduct voter registration checks using REACH Add new contacts into REACH Recruit volunteers on the spot Identify potential hosts How to Prepare.
