Revolutionary greetings! On February 8th at 3pm, our cohort of African serving organizations in the Houston area will be hosting a fundraiser and political education event on Pan-Africanism (the total liberation and unity of Africa under scientific socialism). The program includes: ⁃ A presentation on Pan-Africanism as a political and material objective ⁃ Education and analysis on the genocidal conditions in Sudan and the connection between that struggle and Pan-Africanism ⁃ Insights about how the US carceral system impacts all Africans, in the US and all around the world ⁃ Q&A/Panel discussion with local African organizers from a variety of organizations ⁃ Opportunities to connect with other organizations we are politically aligned with and their campaigns ⁃ Free food and drinks! ⁃ Good music!
