This a local Indivisible event! Join us Sunday, January 11th from 11am-12pm on the sidewalks at the intersection of 25th Street and Second Avenue as part of the mass mobilization event to demand accountability for ICE agents escalations across the country (firing at 9 people and killing at least two in the last four months). This will be a silent vigil mourning those who have suffered at the hands of ICE. If you can, please wear black and consider adding ICE OUT to your shirt or jacket with white masking tape. Please bring a sign specific to this event. Reminder: Park residentially. Follow all traffic laws, do not engage with agitators. Keep each other safe. A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
