Stand Up for Democracy Weekly Rally

Bring your flags; bring your signs. If you don't have one- no worries! We have extra! Show up and make our community aware we are not complicit, and don't forget to have fun! ⭐MONDAYS⭐ 📣 Stand Up for Democracy Weekly Rally📣 3:30-4:30 pm King Park 18350 Dodd Blvd, Lakeville (across the street from Lifetime Fitness & Lakeville Police Department) NEW LOCATION - KING PARK! Due to unsafe and icy conditions, at our previous locations, we are moving to King Park. Hopefully this will be our home until spring! Bundle up and join us. Even though the temperature is dropping, our spirit and purpose are stronger than the cold. Throw on your warmest coat, hat, gloves, and boots, grab a thermos of something hot, and come stand with your community. Your presence matters, and together we’ll bring the energy needed to make this rally unforgettable! Weather Guidelines If the ‘real feel’ temperature is below 10 degrees F, we will gather at the Caribou East of King Park at 17605 Glasgow Ave. (Cedar & Dodd strip mall on Southeast corner, the Caribou across from Barley & Vine). Come join for a hot drink, connection and perhaps work on some zines and postcards. Please consider bringing donation items for the Messiah food shelf as the need has grown. The early time is to accommodate early sunsets and will change in the spring. A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
