It is our privilege to announce the return of "Mr. Clucker" for his once-a-year Town Hall Visit to Lancaster's Penn Square. That means that Mr. Clucker has held more Town Halls than Congressman Lloyd Smucker since his election to Congress Nine years ago. Volunteers will provide cards and pens for you to pose your questions to Mr. Clucker. Signs are very welcome. And we hope to hear as many bawk-bawk calls as last year! We will caution you not to expect Mr. Clucker to have meaningful answers to your questions, but that's pretty much our expectation for the Congressman anyway.
