Prop. 50 LEVELS THE PLAYING FIELD by offsetting gerrymandered maps elsewhere. Prop. 50 is A TEMPORARY SOLUTION. It DOES NOT ABOLISH California's Independent Redistricting Committee which will resume it's duties in 2030
