Calling all Indivisibles and progressive allies! Come walk the picket line with Starbucks workers at the Lincoln Highway location in Lancaster THIS SATURDAY 10-NOON. We plan to use our overpass letters to spell out SOLIDARITY and other messages along route 30. The public needs to know what's at stake, and the company needs to know the SBWU is backed by good people. I've stopped going to Starbucks and and so are many others. Starbucks workers remain without a contract and the largest number of pending unfair labor practices (ULP) claims against any major corporation in the country. Thousands of workers at hundreds of locations around the country are now out. With the strike now over a month in, and with the weather getting cold, everyone needs the warmth of their community showing up. Like all Indivisible actions, this is a peaceful rally to support workers at the picket lines. Please seek to de-escalate any confrontations.
