🇵🇸 JOIN US TO DEMAND A FULL ACADEMIC BOYCOTT 🇵🇸 ⏰ Monday October 13th at 14:00 📍 Lipsius Building, Leiden 24 months into this genocide and 77 years into this brutal occupation of Palestine, the Executive Board of Leiden University continues to willfully ignore the evidence: ‘israeli’ universities are deeply complicit in the violence of the settler colonial state. By collaborating with institutions that directly support genocide and apartheid, Leiden University cannot claim to be ‘neutral’. This September, the Board announced a preliminary (yes, preliminary) decision to cut study abroad programs with Hebrew and Tel Aviv universities. This decision is a step forward, but it is also a testament to how shamefully slowly Leiden University is moving to uphold its supposed commitment to human rights. We’ve been clear for years: we demand an IMMEDIATE end to all institutional ties with ‘israeli’ universities. Until then, we will not stop, WE WILL NOT REST 📢
