In diesem Workshop teilt Ocean sinnliche und somatische Praktiken und erforscht das Erotische als Quelle von Kraft und Authentizität. Ausgehend von Erfahrungen als Tanzlehrer, Performer und Community-Organisator liegt der Fokus auf Körperwahrnehmung, der Kommunikation von Bedürfnissen und Grenzen sowie der Regulation des Nervensystems durch Atemarbeit, Bewegung, Nähe und Berührung. Die Teilnahme ist allein, zu zweit oder in Gruppen möglich. Alle Übungen sind Einladungen und können individuell angepasst oder abgelehnt werden. # offen für Teilnehmende ab 16 Jahren! In this workshop, Ocean shares sensual and somatic practices, exploring the erotic as a source of power and authenticity. Drawing from experience as a dance teacher, performer, and community organizer, the focus is on body awareness, communication of needs and boundaries, and nervous system regulation through breathwork, movement, proximity, and touch.
