This a local Indivisible event! Join us on Saturday, April 25, from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the sidewalks radiating from the intersection of Santa Fe and West Bowles Avenue, near downtown Littleton. Check the weather and come prepared. Find a space along the sidewalk when you arrive. Bring your phone, water, snacks, sunscreen, a wide brim hat for shade, a folding chair if needed, and a creative sign that speaks for you. Corner Captains and Line Hosts will be wearing yellow INDIVISIBLE vests. Littleton Police and Suburban Fire and Rescue know about the rally and will be nearby to assist if needed. A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values. If counter-protesters show up, don't engage with them. If there are problems, notify somebody in a yellow vest. At Indivisible Littleton, we believe in the ideal of one nation Indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. A healthy democracy doesn’t happen automatically, it only happens when we the people pay attention, stay engaged, and stand up for democratic values.
