THE FILTON24 TRIAL BEGINS @ Woolwich Crown Court on November 17th THE FIRST 6 DEFENDENTS OF THE FILTON24 WILL BE FACING TRIAL FROM 17TH NOVEMBER FOR TEN WEEKS. In August 2024, Jordan, Sam, Ellie, Fatema Zainab, Lottie and Zoe bypassed the security of the newly built, secret site of Israel’s biggest weapons producer, Elbit Systems. The site had been marketed as a ‘research and development' facility, yet the six activists uncovered masses of weapons that were being developed and stored there. During their action, they dismantled and neutralised a shipment of killer quadcopter drones that Israel uses on Gaza. All six have remained in prison under terrorism legislation for over a year. Theirs became a test case for the British government's most severe crackdown against direct action and solidarity with Palestine. Their case is at the heart of the proscription battle.
