DEFEND THE RIGHT TO PROTEST! MOBILISE OUTSIDE WMC ON 3 MARCH 🇵🇸🚨 Following the High Court judgment that the proscription of Palestine Action under the Terrorism was unlawful, the government now faces the quandary of what to do about the thousands of people who have been arrested since July 2025 for the ‘crime’ of holding signs saying ‘I oppose genocide – I support Palestine Action’. FRFI supporter Fiona MacLean is the lead case for these arrests and there will be a Case Management Hearing on Tuesday 3 March to determine whether the state can proceed to prosecute her and others or will have to throw out their charges. Join us at Westminster Magistrates’ Court from 9.30am to demand that all Terrorism Act charges are dropped. We stand with everyone criminalised for supporting Palestine.
