ETA Indivisible

Black Friday Protest

We are gonna be spread out, to several shopping areas. In groups of 5-10. The goal is to be sending messages of equality and the cost of corporate greed in America. We live in a consumer society where it is all about "me". We believe in equality and supporting small local business'. The wealth gap in America has seen a DRAMATIC increase. Making a decent living and becoming wealthy isn't always unethical. However, not at the cost of the employees not earning fair wages or being provided ethical working conditions. Many large corporations are benefiting through "corporate welfare". Many of these large companies are not paying living wages, and the US government in turn has to pay to provide housing, medical care and food assistance. That is not equality. That is crap. And the middle class is footing the bill. We will be meeting at the library and forming teams and sending them out to various locations around Longview.
