That evening will be a cultural and musically-focused program in the DTLA Arts District. Double Down is about building the belief in what history repeatedly shows can nonviolently drive regimes out of power - nonviolent but relentless, sustained resistance with clear, focused demands - and building the community and organizing power that can support those beliefs and the growth the movement requires. F@scism continues to accelerate and work towards consolidating power. We cannot afford to wait for midterms as this regime continues to attack every area of life - in this country and far beyond - hunt non-white people and other marginalized groups, demonize and kill protesters, work to rig elections and threaten to refuse to accept them if they do lose.
