The faculty committee unanimously recommended that Dr. Saeidi stay on staff, and President Jay Silveria subverted this democratic process to move forward with this dictatorial dismissal. In the greater Los Angeles region, Professor John Caravello and CFA labor leader faces 20 years in federal prison for defending his community against the Glass House raid in Camarillo California that resulted in the death of Jaime Alanis Garcia, an undocumented worker trying to make a living. If convicted, there will be a legal precedent set for all “Rapid Response Networks” defending against the abduction & subjugation of our community members. His trial begins this week.
