The devastation that imperialism inflicts abroad will always make its way back home. Join us talk about how capitalism and imperialism work together to make the war machine. We will examine how this profit-driven relationship operates and how it directly impacts every day people. From Venezuela, Cambodia, and Palestine to Minneapolis, LA, and Chicago, the war machine crushes the working class in its endless pursuit of profit. The working class is not helpless in the face of this attack! We will discuss what can we do for our community, why continual general strikes are a critical tool to fight back, and how to get involved in a revolutionary party. After our discussion we will paint and decorate a community banner and create protest signs. Canvas, paint, and postering material will be provided but in limited supply.
