This includes: 🇵🇸 Raising the Palestinian flag in the heart of the city in Fed square. 🎶 variety of music acts - from oud, piano, rap, wedding zaffeh, classical…and more. , with performances from tarab ensemble & Nahed El Rayes. 🎭 Live theatre & art - with "Tales of a Homeland" putting on an amazing cultural play 🥁 you’ll also have Palestinian dance performances & dabkeh classes - with the talented Ataba dabkeh stomping up a storm on stage and Feras Shaheen with impressive a solo dance 🥙 Your favourite Palestinian food stalls, including the best falafel, knafeh, shawarma & traditional dishes in Naarm/Melbourne 🪁 there’s also family friendly fun, such as face painting, kite making and flying, dabkeh classes for kids, cooking showcase and tatreez/embroidery workshops.
