The Williams Companies is once again seeking permission to build a gas pipeline through the Raritan Bay - The proposal also calls for a dangerous compressor station in Somerset County and new pipeline in Middlesex County. We already defeated this dangerous and unnecessary fossil fuel project, but now that Trump is back in the White House, he's pushing to fast-track it and we need to move quickly to stop it again. We need Governor Murphy and his Department of Environmental Protection to deny the critical water quality permits that are required for this project to proceed, so this rally will take place the day before the DEP's one and only public hearing, to raise awareness and draw attention to this fight.
