On May 2nd from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., bring your family and join your neighbors and friends in community as we voice our frustration about the wealthy in America growing richer while millions of people struggle daily to pay for their basic needs: Food costs are too high, Housing costs are too high, Healthcare costs are too high, Gas prices have exploded.... And on, and on, and on…. There’s too much month left at the end of our money. And the people we elected to help us create better lives for ourselves are Not being held accountable, Enriching themselves at the people’s expense, Entrenched in corruption and scandal, and Not acting on our behalf! HAVE WE HAD ENOUGH YET? YOUR VOTE IS YOUR POWER! To FIRE elected people who fail to represent you, To ELECT people who understand what it means to respond to and serve the needs of the communities they represent, To HAVE A STAKE in your future, your prosperity, and your happiness. Democracy requires informed citizens who vote. If you don’t vote, you give up your power to change what you don't like. Are you registered to vote in the SC primary elections on June 9th?
