Every Saturday our Indivisible group holds a peaceful rally with a joy/food/diaper/toiletries drive in New Milford at Noon. Lots of Joy and larger sized diapers are most needed and fresh shelf stable vegetables like potatoes, onions, apples, carrots and garlic are always a treat. This week we’re on the south end of the NM Town Green at Main and Bridge Streets. (Our Plan B location is 50 East St, in case a Town event pops up on the Green.) Please bring your most peaceful attitude even in these tense times! Don't engage with counter protestors. Avoid spelling out curse words on signs an instead use # for vowels. Do not engage with the haters - we do not yell back at them. We ignore, just smile, or give them the peace sign.
