Food & Water Watch and allies are supporting Climate Families NYC and Third Act! for a kids and families parade to Governor Hochul's office! We'll tell the governor to deny Trump's Williams NESE pipeline in advance of the anticipated decision deadline. Families will be joining from across the city. The Williams-NESE pipeline would pollute our city beaches with toxins like lead and arsenic, undermine our state's climate goals, threaten marine life, and cost ratepayers billions. Plus we don't need it, with solar and wind abundant and cheaper than ever! Governor Hochul is on track to make a decision about this poison pipeline by the end of November, so now is the moment to show up and make it clear that New York's families want her to stand up to Trump and reject Williams-NESE. We'll start at the playground with songs and snacks, and then parade a few blocks south to Hochul's office. Bring your kids, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren for a day of fun-filled activism!
