We need to ensure that people from the Harlem community can afford to live in this project. If this project is developed with the proposed affordability levels it will quickly gentrify the HEART OF HARLEM, Lenox Avenue, and set a negative precedent for future development in Harlem and NYC. This project should be apart of the mayor elects first 100 days so he can implement actual affordability!
