Workers have the power to enact an arms embargo for Palestine. The Labor for an Arms Embargo campaign, locally called Break the Chain, is hosting a labor organizer training series for members of unions in the NY/ NJ area interested in organizing their workplace for Palestine. We will be joined by members of the Emergency Workplace Organizing Committee who will facilitate the discussion and provide workers with the skills and knowledge to talk to their coworkers about Palestine. Over the course of these trainings, workers will be guided through the process of building their organizing committee, having organizing conversations, and eventually passing anti-war resolutions in their unions.
