If you signed up previously please sign up again just to be safe! 🚨🚨 City Council Speaker Julie Menin (@julmenin) and Councilman Eric Dinowitz (@ericdinowitznyc) are trying to pass two bills that would severely impede on our rights to protest by creating 100-foot buffer zones around places of worship and educational facilities (including universities). This is an attack on the growing movement for Palestine, and an effort to protect the illegal sale of stolen Palestinian land. We cannot emphasize enough how dangerous these bills are. We are calling for folks from as many groups as possible to join us at City Hall on Monday, February 9th at 1pm to testify against these unconstitutional proposals.
