TDOV Demonstration 🏳️‍⚧️ Tuesday March 31st 5:30-6:30pm : Lincoln Park : Olean, NY Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) is an annual event dedicated to celebrating transgender people and raising awareness of the discrimination they face worldwide. Despite growing representation and legal advancements, transgender people have still faced significant challenges over the years. The Trump regime threatens our transgender neighbors and we must stand together in solidity to show our support and demand equal rights for all. We cannot allow Trump and MAGA republicans to undo what others have worked so hard to achieve for our transgender community. ✊ As always, a core principle behind our events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek a member of the safety team during the event to help de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
