Lincoln Park - Olean, NY** Voices of the People Movement are mobilizing and will come together to protest and demand the blocking of DHS funding until ICE and CBP are permanently removed from our streets, the abolition of ICE and dismantling of DHS, and justice for the most recent deaths of Dr. Linda Davis, Ruben Ray Martinez, our neighbor in Buffalo, Nurul Amin Shah Alam, and all others who have lost their lives due to ICE actions. These ICE agents must be held accountable and punished to the fullest extend of the law for the crimes they are committing. Let us come together and say enough is enough. ✊ This is an outdoor event, so please dress and plan accordingly. As always, a core principle behind our events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek a Marshal during the event to help de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
