JVP for another Community Shabbat

Join JVP for another Community Shabbat service on Friday, November 21, at 6:30pm! πŸ·βœ¨πŸ•―οΈβ€¨β€¨We will be hosting Kabbalat Shabbat services to build our community and solidarity for Palestine πŸ‰ Shabbat is a sacred time each week when people can get together and connect as we move through the turbulent times we are all living through. We will be singing songs, performing ritual, having discussions, holding space for each other. There will be small a kiddish after the service.

This event is open to all faith backgrounds and no knowledge of Hebrew or Jewish ritual is necessary. We will be teaching and explaining as we go 😊 We hope to see you there! It is also the best way to let us know if you anticipate any accommodation needs!) ✨✨ Venue and Accessibility: -The venue is located in central Denver. N95 or KN95 masks are required indoors. We encourage you to bring your own mask. We will also have masks available at the event for you. Masking is one of the ways that we keep us safe! -This is a sober event! Do not come to this event intoxicated or bring any intoxicants with you to the event. -The building is near public transit and there is limited street parking available. You may need to walk a block or two from a parking spot. -There is a ramp and stairs to the entrance of the building and an elevator to where we will hold the service. -All-gender restrooms are available inside the building. -Please avoid wearing any scents (strong lotions or perfumes, etc.) for people in our community who live with chemical sensitivities / chemical injuries.
