Black Men Build seeks to prove itself through our work, our programs, and our principled ideology. Our task is clear, we must organize and fight to live full lives with our families and communities that have everything that they need. We’re striving for a world that can support plant, animal and human life for the sustainable future. As part of our approach to this task, we have defined what we are fighting with our 9 Bars. These 9 bars outline what drives our mission and outlines the better world we are fighting for. Over the next 9 months, beginning with this month’s Theory Thursday, we will be covering each of these bars to provide clarity and a deeper understanding around why each of them is an important focus for us.
