South Suburban Relentless is joining the NO KINGS CALL TO ACTION ON SATURDAY OCTOBER 18th! 14700 LaGrange Road in Orland Park IL. 11am until 1pm. We have had great success with our PEACEFUL PROTESTS so there are some rules we ask you to abide by…please. You can silently hold your sign, you can chant, you can sing, you can rap…can you yodel? We’ll take it! But there is NO ENGAGEMENT with counter protesters. They are there for one thing only, to harass and provoke and if you respond you’ve given them exactly what they want. Turn your back to them. If you feel uncomfortable alert those around you and find a monitor. We have handed out whistles to many of you frequent flyers so bring them with. If you see an individual being targeted gather others and surround the person facing in and link elbows. We’ve worked long and hard to make our Peaceful protests a success and you do not want to be one that destroys all of our hard work. We also ask that your signs contain no profanity or vulgarity. This is not censorship. This is showing that WE are not THEM. Do not be afraid exercising your First Amendment rights to Freedom of Speech by Civil Protest will leave you feeling empowered and heard.
